INGREDIENTS

Water, potato flour, buckwheat flour, brown rice flour, teff flour, brown flax (linseed), pepitas, psyllium husk, extra virgin olive oil, blackstrap molasses, apple cider vinegar, yeast, un iodised salt.

STORAGE

Store fresh for up to three days or freeze on delivery for up to three months.

USE

Use from fresh as normal bread for toast or sandwiches. If frozen, always toast lightly to enjoy.
